Makers Union in Washington, DC is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and mentor a proactive team. You’ll partner with front-of-house and culinary staff to uphold our high service standards and financial performance.

The role demands a strong leader with hands-on style, flexible scheduling (50–55 hours weekly including evenings and weekends), and a commitment to hospitality excellence within Thompson Hospitality’s network.

Physical Requirements:

• Clear verbal communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a busy environment.
