Tumbleweed Tex Mex Grill & Margarita Bar in New Albany, IN is seeking a motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee front-of-house operations at our New Albany location. You will assist with hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, and ensuring service standards and company policies are followed.

Responsibilities include managing bar inventory, handling guest complaints, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction while supervising staff and maintaining uniform and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in interviewing, hiring, orientation & training of all front of house employees.
• Complete opening & closing paperwork.
• Receive & submit invoices.
• Ensure company policies & procedures are followed.
• Communicate effectively with all staff.
• Monitor payroll, create reports & submit payroll.
• Audit safe & cash drawers.
• Assist in ensuring safety standards are met.
• Calculate, prepare and drop off bank deposits.
• Interact with guests and handle guest complaints.
• Set & maintain uniform standards.
• Complete/monitor bar inventory & ordering.
• Write/monitor front of the house schedules to meet sales and labor plans.
• Assist in the development of employees.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
