GetHired, Inc. is seeking a motivated Restaurant Manager for our New Albany, IN location. You will lead front-of-house operations, coach staff, and ensure service standards align with brand guidelines.

You will oversee scheduling, payroll coordination, vendor relations, and guest satisfaction initiatives while maintaining compliance with company policies. Our team values teamwork, reliability, and outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist in interviewing, hiring, orientation & training of front of house staff.
• Complete opening and closing paperwork and shift handoffs.
• Receive and submit invoices and manage basic vendor relations.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed restaurant-wide.
• Monitor payroll, prepare reports, and submit payroll data.
• Interact with guests to resolve issues and promote satisfaction.
• Maintain uniform standards and assist bar inventory.
• Schedule front-of-house effectively to meet sales and labor goals.

We are looking for a motivated manager who is interested in a Restaurant Manager position at our New Albany, IN location!

Responsibilities

• Assist in interviewing, hiring, orientation & training of all front of house employees
• Complete opening & closing paperwork
• Receive & submit invoices
• Ensure company policies & procedures are followed
• Communicate effectively with all staff
• Monitor payroll, create reports & submit payroll
• Audit safe & cash drawers
• Assist in ensuring Tumbleweed food, service, sanitation & safety standards are met
• Calculate, prepare and drop off bank deposits
• Interact with guests through table touches and deal with guest complaints
• Set & maintain Tumbleweed uniform standards
• Complete/monitor bar inventory & ordering
• Write/monitor front of the house schedules to meet sales and labor plans
• Assist in the development of employees
• Performs other duties as assigned
