Job summary

Ian's Pizza on State St. in Madison, Wisconsin, is seeking a Manager to lead the Delivery Department, train staff, and support the GM/AGM. You’ll work 35-40 hours with overtime over 40 hours and enjoy strong benefits and a growth path.

Qualifications include 3+ years in the department or 1+ years as a supervisor, food safety certification within 6 months, and a willingness to learn other areas. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience within the department or 1+ years of Supervisor experience in the food and beverage industry with ability to learn other areas of the restaurant.
• Must complete a food safety certification course within 6 months.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a major plus!

Responsibilities

• Train and develop your team on shift, lead trainer for your area and run quarterly reviews.
• Manage behind-the-scenes tasks, manager meetings, and liaison with leadership to keep the department running.
• Coordinate shifts, communicate with GM/AGM, and ensure top-level customer service.
