Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. in Fork, SC is seeking a Restaurant Manager to operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager.

You will recruit, train, schedule and lead crew to achieve sales growth through high quality service, food safety, and cleanliness. You will coach staff, manage labor costs, maintain inventory, and ensure compliance with policies while representing the brand professionally.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Able to lead, train and develop talent.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff for the restaurant.
• Schedule staff to meet guest flow and manage labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain positive relationships with team and provide coaching.
• Conduct team meetings on procedures, safety and promotions.
• Maintain inventory and control food cost variances.
• Ensure cash procedures and accurate reporting.
• Uphold cleanliness, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises professionally.
