Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Support management in crew duties and operations.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shifts to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Maintain inventory in line with GAP standards.
• Ensure cash handling procedures during shifts are followed.
