Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant to company standards.
• Schedule staff to meet guest flow and manage labor costs.
• Train management and crew and design development plans for performance.
• Maintain cooperative relationships and provide coaching and discipline when needed.
• Lead meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Maintain inventory and cash procedures to meet standards.
