Don Julio Restaurant Group is seeking a highly motivated Restaurant Manager to lead one of our busy Orlando locations. The ideal candidate will oversee operations, recruit and develop a team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead restaurant operations and teams of 25+ staff.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required for frequent communication.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluating staff per policy.
• Strong focus on guest experience, quality, and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage staff, including evaluations and terminations per policy.
• Create and manage staff schedules to meet business needs while controlling labor costs.
• Lead by example with a professional, respectful, customer-focused environment.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly address concerns.
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and maintain vendor relationships.
• Ensure health, safety, and company standards compliance.
• Manage cash handling, daily reconciliation, and food cost control.
• Collaborate with ownership to achieve performance goals and improvements.
• Foster accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
