Everyday Coffee Company is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a team inside a major national retail setting. You’ll drive guest experiences, coaching and developing staff, while managing costs and operations to deliver strong results.

You will hire, train, and supervise team members, ensure a clean, safe store, and collaborate with store leadership to keep daily operations running smoothly as the brand expands nationwide.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading people in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Track record of delivering results and building strong teams.
• Experience with scheduling and inventory/back-office systems preferred (Crunchtime/HotSchedules).
