Everyday Coffee Company is seeking a Restaurant Manager in California to lead a team in a major national retail setting. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage daily operations, and uphold brand standards while coaching staff toward strong performance and growth.

You’ll hire, train, and develop team members, optimize scheduling and inventory systems, and ensure a welcoming, safe environment. This role offers growth and stability within a growing brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading people in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments.
• A passion for serving guests and elevating their day.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• A track record of delivering results and building strong teams.
• A desire to grow with a company that’s growing with you.
• Strong systems proficiency with scheduling apps and inventory/invoice management platforms; Crunchtime/HotSchedules experience preferred.
