Job summary

Subway in Laurel, Montana is seeking a motivated Manager to lead daily operations, deliver an excellent guest experience, ensure safe food handling, and maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant environment.

You will recruit and develop team members, manage inventory and cash controls, support local marketing, and analyze performance to drive sales. Full-time, day/evening shifts with training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a restaurant setting with supervision/training experience.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with POS and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest experience and food quality.
• Recruit, train and supervise staff.
