Everyday Coffee Company in Colorado is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a team inside a national retail setting. You’ll drive guest experiences, coach staff, and ensure smooth, fast operations while upholding brand standards and hospitality.

Bring 2+ years of leadership in restaurant/retail, strong scheduling and back‑office system skills (Crunchtime, Hot Schedules), and a passion for service that elevates every guest visit.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading people in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments.
• Strong systems proficiency with scheduling applications and back-office platforms (Crunchtime/Hot Schedules preferred).
• A passion for serving guests and elevating their day.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and coach a team to deliver exceptional guest interactions on every visit.
• Hire, train, and grow team members while fostering a people-first culture.
• Drive sales, manage costs, and uphold operational standards.
• Create meaningful moments for guests and team members from the first interaction.
• Maintain a clean, safe, compliant, and welcoming environment.
• Partner with retail tenants and store leadership for smooth day-to-day operations.
