Everyday Coffee Company is seeking a Restaurant Manager with 2+ years of leadership experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality. You will lead daily operations, develop a high-performing team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Experience with scheduling and inventory management is preferred. You will coach staff, hire and train, and collaborate with store leadership to maintain standards and a welcoming environment in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience hiring, training, and developing employees.
• Experience with scheduling and inventory management.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CrunchTime, HotSchedules, or similar systems preferred.
