Job summary

Everyday Coffee Company is seeking a Restaurant Manager with 2+ years of leadership experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality. You will lead daily operations, develop a high-performing team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and systems such as CrunchTime or HotSchedules is preferred. This role offers full-time hours with a flexible schedule and a competitive compensation package, including bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience hiring, training, and developing employees.
• Experience with scheduling and inventory management.
• Familiar with CrunchTime, HotSchedules, or similar systems preferred.
