You will drive operations, financials, and guest satisfaction, while building a strong leadership pipeline and ensuring brand standards are met.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of food service management, strong communication and organizational skills, and a commitment to safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of food service management experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and team development.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Guest Experience with a guest-first culture emphasizing speed, accuracy, and friendliness.
• Develop and lead team through coaching, feedback, and accountability; build leadership pipeline.
• Drive operations by upholding brand, safety, and cleanliness standards; oversee scheduling, payroll, inventory, and compliance.
• Own the business by managing labor, food cost, and operating expenses; analyze sales trends and drive growth.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust operations to meet or exceed targets.
