Colony Grill is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, guest satisfaction, and brand standards at our CT, NY and FL locations. You will lead hospitality teams, manage costs, and drive sales during peak periods, including game-day events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hospitality managerial experience
• Knowledge of beer, wines and spirits
• Experience in beverage management and smart ordering
• Computer literacy with restaurant software
• Event planning experience
• Strong leadership and people skills
• Good financial management skills
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent communication, verbal and written
