The position offers a competitive salary from $51,000 to $75,000 per year, with bonus eligibility, benefits, PTO, employee meals and discounts, and a clear path for career advancement across Applebee’s locations.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to coach and develop team members
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Understanding of restaurant operations, labor, food safety, and inventory
• Comfortable leading teams across multiple dayparts
