4 Rivers Smokehouse in Central Florida is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our Central Florida team. You will lead day-to-day operations, develop people, and create exceptional guest experiences across front-of-house and kitchen.

We value scratch cooking, quality ingredients, and hospitality. You’ll oversee staff coaching, hiring, training, and ensure food quality and safety standards are met, while managing costs and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management or leadership experience.
• Experience in front of house, back of house or both.
• A passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences.
• An appreciation for quality food and scratch cooking.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to stay organized and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• A hands-on leadership style and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
• The ability to work effectively with both service and kitchen teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop restaurant team members and shift leaders.
• Help create a positive, welcoming and accountable team environment.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure standards are consistently met.
• Support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Take an active role in kitchen execution, food quality and scratch cooking.
• Help ensure our food is prepared consistently and to 4 Rivers standards.
• Support ordering, inventory, labor management and other operational needs.
• Assist with hiring, interviewing, training and onboarding.
• Monitor cleanliness, food safety and overall restaurant standards.
• Handle guest concerns and operational challenges professionally.
• Work alongside your team and jump in wherever you're needed.
• Partner with other managers to achieve restaurant goals.
• Help develop future leaders and create opportunities for team members to grow.
