4 Rivers Smokehouse in Central Florida is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations, develop people and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will work with a management team to oversee front- and back-of-house, drive kitchen execution, uphold scratch cooking standards and ensure consistent quality across locations.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management or leadership experience.
• Experience in front of house, back of house or both.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop restaurant team members and shift leaders.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure standards are met.
• Support front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Assist with hiring, interviewing and onboarding.
• Monitor cleanliness, food safety and standards.
• Handle guest concerns and operational challenges professionally.
• Partner with other managers to achieve restaurant goals.
• Develop future leaders and growth opportunities.
