Job summary

4 Rivers Smokehouse is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for our Kissimmee, FL location. You will lead both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, driving guest satisfaction and overseeing daily business performance.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a track record in high-volume environments. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and offers a significant opportunity for growth within our team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience managing both FOH and BOH operations.
• High-volume restaurant experience preferred.
• Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily FOH and BOH restaurant operations
• Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience and high-quality food
• Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and operational costs
