CEC Entertainment, LLC is seeking a dedicated team leader to oversee restaurant operations in Laguna Hills, CA. The role involves coordinating staff, managing guest service standards, and driving sales while maintaining safe, clean facilities.

The position requires at least 1 year of people management experience in food service, a high-school diploma or GED, and eligibility to work in the U.S. Full-time hours and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Responsabilités

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating the team to meet company and guest expectations.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean environment.
• Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) and rotate through Kitchen, etc.
• Oversee pizza dough preparation from scratch and prepare/menu items.
• Manage Sales areas including Cashier, Salad Bar and Gift Shop; monitor upselling.
