Quality Brand Group LLC, a Dunkin’ franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our Nevada location. You will recruit and develop the team, maintain quality service and cleanliness, and work toward sales and profitability goals.

This role requires strong leadership, a passion for guest satisfaction, and experience in food service. You will be responsible for coaching, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with safety standards while delivering a memorable guest

Qualifications

• Must fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills required.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• Guest focus – anticipate and exceed guests’ needs.
• Passion for results – set targets and deliver.
• Problem solving and decision making.
• Building effective teams.
• Ability to lift 30–50 pounds and operate standard restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence and ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
• Develop and train team members to deliver quality service.
• Meet sales projections and control expenses.
• Manage purchasing, scheduling, staffing, and maintenance.
• Provide coaching and effective communication.
• Supervise shifts and assign roles.
• Ensure food safety standards and Serve Safe Certification.
