Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Hardee's to operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager, and to lead by example, ensuring guest satisfaction, product quality, and a clean, safe dining environment.

You will interview and hire qualified staff, schedule staffing to meet guest flow, train and develop crew, control labor costs, and maintain records in compliance with state and federal regulations while representing the brand with

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older
• 2 years of management experience
• Ability to lead, recognize and train successful talent
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Available to work all shifts and weekends

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant based on company standards and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and accommodate guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standard.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior / General Manager.
• Maintain an cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management team and crew.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
