Maggie McFly's is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, support our team and guests, and uphold our standards for quality, cleanliness, and safety.

You will recruit, train, and develop team members, coach for exceptional guest experiences, manage labor and costs, drive sales with the General Manager, and use POS systems to ensure smooth operations while growing with a company that values internal promotion and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or equivalent supervisory roles.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and deliver strong guest service.
