You’ll hire, train, and coach staff, drive sales, manage costs, and uphold brand standards across a bustling, retail setting with opportunities for growth as we expand. A passion for hospitality and a track record of building strong teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading people in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments.
• Passion for serving guests and elevating their day.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Desire to grow with a company that’s expanding nationwide.
• Experience with scheduling apps and inventory/invoice management platforms is preferred (Crunchtime, HotSchedules or similar).
