Job summary

Subway is seeking a Manager in Scottsdale to focus on eight core areas: guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, inventory and money control, local marketing, recruiting staff, safety, and teamwork.

Daily duties include recruiting and rewarding outstanding team members, enforcing safety protocols, maintaining records and analyzing them to help increase sales, contacting prospective guests, supporting marketing, and planning events.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.

Responsibilities

• Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members.
• Computer knowledge is essential.
• Operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register.
• Maintain and analyze business records to help increase sales.
• Recruit and reward outstanding team members; plan events and promotions.
