You will interview, hire, schedule, and train staff, manage labor costs, and ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies. We value leadership, communication, and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands of the role.
• Able to lead, recognize and train successful talent.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills.
• Consistent and reliable; cheerful and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and Loves Serving and Helping Others.

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager.
• Interview and hire qualified staff per company standards and regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to meet guest flow and manage labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under GM guidance.
• Maintain quality, service, cleanliness and profitability targets.
• Control inventory and manage cash procedures according to policy.
