You will hire, train, and develop staff; communicate expectations; monitor performance; coach and discipline when needed; and ensure customer satisfaction through consistent service and quality.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Strong math and financial management abilities.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles.
• Must be at least 18 years old where applicable.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop employees.
• Communicate job expectations to employees.
• Plan, monitor, appraise and review employee performance.
• Provide coaching and feedback; discipline when appropriate.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture.
• Ensure shifts are staffed to meet guest service goals.

• Complete audits and drive system improvements.
• Control costs to maximize profitability.
