Qualifications

• Successful completion of Manager in Training program and additional training.
• Excellent communication skills for handling staff and guest concerns.
• Ability to assist in training and filling positions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of all restaurant employees.
• Assist with recruitment, hiring, and training of staff.
• Coordinate restaurant operations for front and back of house.
• Ensure all menu items are prepared and presented properly.
• Complete assigned office duties and inventory management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service.
