Qualifications

• Fluent in English (reading/writing).
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to understand and implement cost controls.
• Proficient with computers and basic software.
• Punctuality and reliable attendance.
• Strong interpersonal skills with staff and guests.
• Experience with POS systems, preferably Toast.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all booked activities, e.g., banquets and catering.
• Oversee and assist in training and development of front-of-house and kitchen staff.
• Maintain internal controls and budgeted financial goals for profitability.
• Supervise staff during scheduled shifts (mornings, afternoons, weekends).
• Oversee portions and assist in controlling food, beverage, and labor costs.
