Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front of House and Back of House operations to ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service.
• Manage hourly employees, conduct evaluations, coach and discipline.
• Schedule staffing, define tasks, and control labor costs.
• Drive sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction as a priority.
• Train staff in FOH/BOH procedures and safety standards.
• Monitor food prep to ensure recipes and quality standards are met.
• Enforce safety and security measures for guests and staff.
• Oversee inventory, costs, and supplies, including liquor controls.
