Everyday Coffee Company in Springdale, AR is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, build a strong team, and drive sales in a fast‑paced hospitality setting. The role requires 2+ years of leadership experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality, plus scheduling, inventory, and guest-service excellence.

• 2+ years of experience leading teams in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
