Everyday Coffee Company is seeking a Restaurant Manager in the Fort Smith area. The role requires 2+ years of leadership experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality, with a focus on staff development and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You will oversee daily operations, scheduling, inventory control, and adherence to brand standards while driving sales and maintaining cost efficiency. Experience with CrunchTime or HotSchedules is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Experience hiring, training, and developing employees
• Experience with scheduling and inventory management
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with CrunchTime, HotSchedules, or similar systems preferred
