Job summary

You will lead daily operations, develop a high-performing team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional guest experiences, with a focus on scheduling and inventory management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience hiring, training, and developing employees.
• Experience with scheduling and inventory management.
• Familiarity with CrunchTime, HotSchedules or similar systems preferred.
• Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities.
