Job summary

Askar Brands is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Boca Raton to oversee daily Dunkin' restaurant operations, coaching the team, upholding brand standards, and driving sales and profitability.

You will lead guest experiences, maintain food quality, safety and cleanliness, implement promotions, and ensure compliance with company policies and laws while providing hands-on leadership and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• College Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the restaurant while maintaining Dunkin' brand standards.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and foster a guest-first culture.
• Ensure food quality, safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards are consistently met.
• Execute company recipes, procedures, and operational systems.
• Implement new product launches, promotions, and team training.
• Monitor guest feedback and develop action plans to improve satisfaction.
• Communicate restaurant goals, priorities, and performance expectations to the team.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Lead by example and provide hands-on leadership.
• Coach and mentor employees to improve performance and achieve operational goals.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback.
