Job summary

Fiesta Mart in Houston (Wayside) seeks a Restaurant Manager 2 to lead daily restaurant operations and own P&L responsibilities, ensuring guest satisfaction and compliant service standards.

You will supervise team members, including Assistant Managers and Shift Leads, recruit and develop talent, monitor performance, manage scheduling and labor costs, and implement financial plans to achieve strong results while upholding Fiesta Mart values.

Qualifications

• Top-level supervisor with full P&L responsibilities.
• Responsible for managing daily restaurant operations, including employee selection, development and performance management.
• Develop Assistant Managers, Shift Leads and other staff to achieve sound financial results and uphold Fiesta Mart standards.
• Reports to the District Manager and Director of Operations.
• Food Handler Card or its equivalent certification is required for all positions related to preparation, handling and serving food.
