Qualifications

• Able to work flexible schedules including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure service quality and cleanliness.
• Lead, motivate, and manage hourly and management staff; conduct hiring and training.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and address feedback to maintain satisfaction.
• Control inventory and supply orders while managing costs and costs control.
• Assist General Manager in achieving financial objectives and sales targets.
