• Plan schedules, interview hourly team members, and ensure adherence to standards.
• Develop staff through orientation and ongoing feedback; conduct regular reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales and control costs, including marketing.
• Ensure security procedures protect staff, guests and assets.
• Prepare end of shift reports on labor, food and sales.
