Pick & Cheese is redefining the cheese experience with London's conveyor belt restaurant concept now in New York City. As Restaurant Manager, you will lead daily operations, inspire a high-performing team, and ensure guests leave with an unforgettable dining experience.

This hands-on leadership role thrives in a fast-paced setting, emphasizes developing people, and maintains operational excellence across service, safety, and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experiences.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with high energy.
• Experience managing labor, inventory, and daily operations.
• Food Handler and Alcohol Service Certifications or ability to obtain on hire.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations with exceptional hospitality.
• Coach and develop front-of-house team; foster positive culture.
• Maintain service, food quality, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Manage opening/closing procedures and operational readiness.
• Oversee labor scheduling, inventory, and cost controls.
• Build guest relationships and address feedback proactively.
• Collaborate with culinary and leadership teams on experiences.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and regs.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Lead by example and create a welcoming environment.
