Whataburger Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume store with over $4M in annual sales and a large team. You will oversee daily operations, champion hospitality, coach employees, and drive improvements to profitability.

This role is based at the home restaurant, with opportunities for advancement to Operating Partner roles. The position emphasizes service with heart and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• Open availability including overnights, weekends, holidays, variable hours, and dependable attendance.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily restaurant operations to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Coach and develop Family Members to reach their potential.
• Be responsible for achieving restaurant goals across sales, labor, food cost, and profitability.
