Whataburger is hiring a Restaurant Manager in Birmingham, AL to lead a high‑volume operation with annual sales around $4M+ and a team of 50+ Family Members. You will rotate through Customer, Quality, and People Areas of Responsibility to build well‑rounded leadership for future Operating Partner opportunities.

You will drive daily operations, hospitality, training, and accountability for sales, labor, and food cost while maintaining Whataburger standards.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or GED strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• Open availability including overnights, weekends, holidays, variable hours, and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Champion hospitality and guest service standards to create friendly, fast, and authentic Whataburger experiences.
