Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Demonstrated working understanding of business operations and financials.
• Strong communication skills and guest-focused service mindset.
• Ability to work ten-hour shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage shifts including scheduling, planning and daily decision making.
• Oversee food and beverage quality and guest experience on the floor.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure prep levels and consistency.
• Lead, coach, and develop the restaurant team for high performance.
• Operate the restaurant with an ownership mindset and accountability.
