Job summary

Tony C’s Coal Fired Pizza in Austin, TX seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead both FOH and BOH operations, ensuring guest service and food quality. You will work within opening hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, and drive cost control and staff retention.

You’ll oversee service teams, collaborate with AMs, and help deliver a positive dining experience across our coal-fired casual dining concept. A high school diploma is required, with hospitality certifications a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in restaurant management or as an assistant manager.
• Familiar with Aloha or Toast restaurant software.
• Strong math and reporting skills.
• Customer-focused service attitude.
• Excellent communication and team leadership.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma; hospitality certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure service and food quality.
• Minimize operating costs and boost employee retention while delivering a positive dining experience.
• Lead, coach and manage FOH/service teams and assist the AM team.
• Ensure opening hours coverage including evenings and holidays.
