Tony C’s Coal Fired Pizza is seeking a Restaurant Kitchen Manager to lead back-of-house operations in a fast-paced, coal-fired kitchen environment in Austin/Bee Cave area. You will manage kitchen staff, uphold food quality and service standards, and work closely with the management team to optimize operations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of KM/restaurant management experience, proficiency with Aloha or Toast, strong math and leadership skills, and a flexible schedule to cover opening hours,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as Kitchen Manager, Restaurant Manager or Head Chef.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Aloha/Toast.
• Good math and reporting skills.
• Customer service attitude.
• Communication and team management abilities.
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BOH operations to ensure guest service and food quality standards are upheld.
• Ensure cost control, consistency, and efficient kitchen operations.
• Lead kitchen staff and assist with scheduling and training.
• Collaborate with front-of-house to deliver a positive dining experience.
