The League Kitchen & Tavern in Georgetown is hiring Restaurant Managers to lead FOH & BOH operations. You will uphold guest service standards and food quality while guiding a successful opening team.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience, knows restaurant software (Aloha/Toast), strong math and reporting skills, and a customer‑oriented leadership style with availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant management or as a supervisor in hospitality.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software such as Aloha or Toast.
• Good math and reporting skills.
• Customer service attitude and leadership ability.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
• Availability to work within opening hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Oversee front of house and back of house operations to uphold guest service and food quality standards.
• Manage opening hours and shift coverage to ensure smooth service.
