Job summary

The Marriott Colorado Springs, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead our on-site dining operations across restaurant, bar, and room service. You will drive guest satisfaction, staff development, and financial results in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will manage schedules, coach front-of-house teams, and partner with culinary to deliver superior service seven days a week, including nights and holidays. A passion for hospitality and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a full-service hotel or restaurant environment.
• Strong guest service instincts and the ability to manage guest feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant, bar, and room service operations to deliver exceptional guest dining.
• Coach and develop the team to meet service standards and financial targets.
• Manage schedules and labor costs across all meal periods.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with culinary team on menus, service timing, and events.
