Job summary

The Marriott Colorado Springs, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks a dedicated Cook to join our culinary team. You will prepare food across restaurant, dining outlets, room service, and banquets, following standardized recipes with a focus on quality and presentation.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years line cook experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid Food Handler Certification. This role offers growth opportunities, teamwork, and a competitive $19.00–$21.00 hourly rate

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for food and culinary craft; care about quality shown in work.
• Ability to read and follow standardized recipes and production charts.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items for the restaurant, dining outlets, room service, employee cafeteria, and banquets per recipes.
• Maintain food production and quality control across broiler, saute, grill and other stations.
• Set up and open stations prior to service; ensure prompt service.
• Stay on the kitchen line during service; work across multiple outlets as needed.
• Follow Banquet Event Orders and buffet presentation standards; assist with banquet prep.
