Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of food service experience required; hotel restaurant or upscale dining experience is a strong plus
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in the state of Colorado
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active on your feet for the full duration of a shift
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business
• Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with the Marriott brand standards

Responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant before each shift; ensure tables are clean and guest-ready
• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu
• Take orders accurately and note special requests
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and check satisfaction
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar staff, and fellow servers
• Maintain knowledge of the beverage program including wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits
• Present bills accurately and close out the experience
• Keep the work area clean and sanitized
