Whataburger is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee a high-volume location with strong sales and a large team. You’ll drive hospitality, uphold food safety, quality, and brand standards, delivering a fast, friendly Whataburger experience.

Lead daily operations, coach and develop Family Members, manage labor and food costs, and partner with the Operating Partner on business goals. This role offers growth, competitive benefits, and a path toward leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment is required.
