Job summary

A major restaurant franchisor seeks a Restaurant Manager in Alabama. Responsibilities include training team members and ensuring customer satisfaction while managing high standards and business goals. The role requires at least 1 year of experience in a high volume Quick Service Hospitality environment, excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, and flexibility to work various shifts. Compensation and benefits will be determined by the franchise owner.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Quick Service Hospitality (high volume food service preferred).
• Ability to work 50 hours per week with rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Consent to background screening including criminal, driving, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, training, and expertise to meet customer expectations.
• Run a million-dollar business with high energy and standards.
• Assist in developing Crew and Shift Supervisors.
